At CARiNG Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
